I'm looking to build some upper body muscle...?
I'm a 15 year old guy and i weigh, on average, about 9 stone 5 pounds. In April i'll be 16, so i'm joining a gym. But the thing is, i have lost a ton of weight, but i want to put the rest of my body in muscle. Preferably, I want to get upper body muscle, such as pecks, and arms and shoulders. I would love to get the abs going, i've done a bit of training for the abs, but I see no difference.
Does anyone have any good training (without expensive equipment such as home gyms and all the big machines)? I have light dumbells, a big floor space and a torso expander. Anyone know what will get my pecks going good?

At your age, you'll want to make sure you don't go crazy with a super intense workout. An hour four days / week can be beneficial without being too intense. I recommend something like Mon / Thurs upper body and Tues / Fri lower body. The two days per muscle group to recover will keep your body safe, and the balance of doing upper and lower at once will also be very beneficial in keeping stuff in balance.
If you're looking for bulk, don't do a typical heavy lifting routine until you're all done growing. Try something like three sets of 8 for each lift. If you "fail" by the last couple on the third set, you're probably at a good weight.
That advice might not help as much if you don't have machines (maybe you can get a cheap membership at a YMCA since they're non profit and you're young), but it's really worth it if you can get a parent to support you in that. If you can't get a membership anywhere, put some effort into push-ups and sit-ups. Push-ups are great for the pecks, and sit-ups are great for the abs. If you ad some rotation, it really helps the definition too. With your hands behind your head (but not pulling on your head!), sit up and then touch an elbow to an opposite knee. Keep alternating sides. Don't do this if you are overweight since it might strain your sides too much.
Jackie Chan has a fascinating way to work out. He has a great upper body, and most of it is from pressing on walls while straining all his muscles. He does this for hours. It works well and needs no equipment, but the patience to do it for so long might be beyond normal people... like me or you.
