I think my car sucked up water though the intake, what do I do now?

I have an 01 Mustang GT that has a ram-air kit on it, today while I was driving home on the freeway it got really nasty and was raining like crazy... all of a sudden my car started making this surging/sucking noize and my exhaust got really loud and had loss of power, it lasted for like 5 seconds, then got back to normal and my car ran fine, then did it again... it did this on and off the rest of the way home. Now when i have the car parked and it is iddling it kinda vibrates... the car also now throws off the following codes...

P1506 Manf cntrl veh.spd. idle speed control auxillary inputs
P1132 Manufacturere control fuel air metering
P0420 catalyst efficiency below threshold (bank 1)

What does this all mean? Do you think the water is causing my car to surge?

Drain the oil and change it, pull the plugs and check for water. Check the air filter and see if it's wet. If it's reuseable, clean it, if not, get a new one. If you sucked up too much I'd say it wouldn't even be running, the cylinders can't compress the water.

The cat. effciency.. maybe o2 sensor has gone out or the cat's gone bad. I'd change the plug first, it's the cheaper way to go. If you can unbolt the cat, do that and shake it, if you hear anything rattling the honeycomb insides probably broken and you'll need a new one, or just gut it w/ a screwdriver and hammer, you'll throw a CEL though.
