I recently had a baby and my dr. said it was okay to start exercising again. Before i want to start pilates. Does anyone have any suggestions for a beginners dvd? Someone gave me the Denise Austins Pilates for every body. I'm not sure though if that was okay for someone who is beginning. Any suggestions. I dont know if it makes a difference, but i am a big girl (under 200 tho)
