Walkfit For A Better Walk

You would be blown away by the number of people that suffer every day from foot, ankle, knee, leg, or back pain. You might also be shocked to know that much of this pain stems simply from the fact that their shoes are not supporting them the proper way as they walk. Maybe you are one of these people suffering and have yet to find the answer to relieve your pain. Well, worry no more because this amazing product might be your answer as long as you are willing to give it a try.

What are Walkfit Orthotics?

Walkfit Orthotics are a basic insert that you place in the bottom part of your shoe. They had been created by medical doctors and podiatrists who wished to place an end to toes and ankle discomfort. They discovered that much of this discomfort was brought on by wrong alignment of the bones in your feet and ankles while you stroll. The Walkfit inserts help place these bones back into alignment thus relieving discomfort just about everywhere from your feet to your back.

When you use the Walkfit inserts your ankles will not be capable to roll from side to side and your arches will be supported in a way they never have before. They come with 3 various amounts of support from low to high and it is suggested that wearers begin on low and progressively work their way till they discover the height that is most comfy for them.

What types of shoes do the Walkfit Orthotics work in?

These amazing inserts actually work in all types of shoes from flats, to boots, to tennis shoes. They even make them in a special shape for wearing in sandals. When you get your Walkfit Orthotics you will need to remove any padding, cushions, or supports that are already in your shoes. Then starting with the lowest insert simply place it in your shoe and start walking. It is recommended that you only wear them for an hour at first so your feet get used to them, as they will feel very different.

Do I take out the original insole out of my shoes?

I just bought some new insoles for better cushion (Athlete SofSoles) for my running shoes for track, because I have some back problems and my knee's been hurting a little lately. But what I was wondering is, am I suppose to take out the original sole out of my shoe or leave it in and put the original one on top. I would think it would be better with both, because its still more cushion, but I was just wondering.

Yes, you must remove the original insole to use a new one.
Normally the shoes will be too small if you leave it in and add another one.
