My jack russel always goes hyper and runs around the house like a mad thing even more when he goes out side and come's back inside from the rain, He also has the habit for biting people's feet how can i stop him from doing this ?

take it for a run in the park try to waste as much enery as possible and as far as feet if its a puppy it will grow out of it ,,its mostly because their teeth are irritating them my pit bull used to chew socks when they were on and off and shoes anything try buying it a knog rubber bone they last longest
