How To Spend 15 Minutes Burning Fat

You'll be doing three exercises with no pauses. After you have been through the circuit once, you'll be able to rest for half a minute and then go through it again.
You're going to have to be intense in order to get three of these circuits finished in a quarter hour or less.
Start off you rowing with your own bodyweight using an underhanded grip.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don't have a bar.
Pull yourself up until your chest is at the same level as your hands. Lower yourself slowly and then repeat until you can't do it any more. You'll feel this a lot in your biceps with this exercise.

To do this exercise, stand on 1 foot and put your back foot on a bench.Your forword thigh should drop downward into the squat and then drive up. You're in for a good feeling in your hip as you are in lower posture.
Make sure you do 15 of these on each side. Next, you're going to end this cycle by doing push-ups with a closed grip.Your arms will do some more work like you did with the rows at the beginning.
Get an in plank position with your hands clenched. Do as many push-ups as you can do before you stop. Now that you've been through the circuit, take a very short break and go through it two more times.
