What Is a Treadmill?

Are there supposed to be options?
(1) Natural radioactive decay of internal elements.
(2) It has active plate tectonics and even weathering/erosion processes.
(3) The dwarf planet Ceres, 950 km, still exists in the Asteroid Belt.
