Strip That Fat- My Personal Findings

It is quite frustrating to begin a new diet to lose weight only to discover that it either doesn’t measure up to its promise or just is too complicated and tedious to stay with it.

I’ve had plenty of experiences with that. After noticing my weight increasing slowly but steady, I went on to trying so many different diets with little or no victory with most of them. For me, an important component to any diet is one where you are not expected to starve. I need my energy for the day to day things.

After doing some research into weight loss programs on the internet, I discovered Strip the Fat. Since I was tired of being scammed with so many other diets that simply didn’t work, I carefully investigated this one closely by reading lots of reviews about the product by people who had used it. I must admit I was immediately impressed when I noticed that this was one of those diets that you weren’t expected to starve yourself !

The mechanics behind Strip the Fat is to increase the metabolism by constantly eating. Before you get too excited, let me explain more! By increasing from 3 meals a day to 5 meals a day, the body never has a ‘low’ period and maintains a regular spurt of energy which in turn increases the metabolism. As you increase the metabolism rate, more fat gets burnt away .

The Strip the Fat diet doesn’t require you to keep record of your fat and calorie intake unlike most other traditional diets. You see, the body is a lot smarter than we realize! Failing to acquire all the nutrients you need each day, the body can hold on to weight as it enters ‘starvation’ mode. By utilizing the Strip the Fat approach which promotes eating more frequently, the body starts to use additional calories which result in fat reduction.

Just a reminder that if you are looking for a great free site with a more detailed review about the ‘Strip That Fat’ program as well as a range of other weight loss tips, product reviews and suggestions, then check out: Strip That Fat.

When you sign up with the program, you get an e-book which is comprehensive in that it explains in detail the diet principals and demonstrates the importance of exercise. Second, you get immediate access to a pretty cool web based diet generator. This is a user-friendly tool that provides you with a personalized diet structure for a fortnight, taking into account your preferences. Now that you’ve got all you need you can begin. Once you’re done using this plan for the first two weeks, you can start using it all over again for the next fortnight. As uncomplicated as it gets!

I was in awe with the generator’s potential. Unlike other software I had used, it just removed the pain of planning the food intake and calculating the calories.

The generator does it all for you. The feature that I find most useful is the possibility of introducing a wide rage of meal selections (up to 35,000) which makes it possible for you to be on a food regime for as long as you please without feeling stuck with the same few dishes. To make things even more convenient for you, it generates the list of ingredients that you have to buy, too. The only thing that’s missing is for it to do the cooking part too!

You can hope to shed about five lbs the very week you start on this regime. Because you can stay on this nutritional regime up to one year, you can lose as much as fifty pounds. Most importantly, you get to sustain it and keep the weight off.

I can testify that Strip the Fat is an effective diet. In as far as I am concerned, it was a matter of weeks till I achieved my targeted weight loss following its simple principles. The most important aspect of it, however, is that it taught me to improve my eating habits, turning weight management into a very simple process. You learn to combine aliments properly in order to get the right nutrition. To me it seemed the most complete diet and I was stunned by the simplicity of its approach. I persevered through so many others that did not work, that I totally encourage anyone to start with this one.

I'm having a hard time with body image after having my second child. What can I do?

I had my second child 3, almost 4 weeks ago. I know it's way too early to be stressing over my body but I am. I used to be bulimic and super obsessive over calorie intake, and I'd make myself throw up if I ate over 1000 calories a day. That led to purging and weight gain. Anyway, since I had kids I struggled to stop the cycle. When I became pregnant with my son I was able to stop for over 2 years, then it flared up again when I started having marital problems. I became pregnant with my second child, and again, I struggled to stop, and did. Now I feel myself starting to obsess about calories again. It's already gotten to the point where I aim for at least 1500 calories a day but I still feel like I'm failing when I meet that goal. I'm breastfeeding and I don't want my supply to stop so I'm really trying hard. I take prenatals and monitor my calorie intake and nutrition online to make sure I'm getting enough. What can I do to stop hating my body so much?

Well, for one, you should think of your children and use them as inspiration for yourself. Do you want them to see you starving yourself, forcing yourself to vomit, and worse? What kind of message will you be sending them? What kind of legacy as a mother will you be passing on to them? Do you want them to grow up hating their bodies as well? Because that is the message you will be giving them. That looking the way they do is not alright and they need to conform to model thinness in order to be a decent person accepted by society.

You really should consider some professional help.
