Why You Should Exercise Everyday!
So the morning will start out with getting up and jumping in the shower. The wife will have made up a nice little breakfast type meal for me. Placing it into the refrigerator so that when I'm ready I can simply get it out.
Each night before we go to bed the wife has my breakfast made, all I do in the morning is turn on the ge oven. Place it in, and within just a few minutes I have a meal that is healthy, and gives me all the energy that I need for the day.
Next it's time to get ready to exercise, and that means getting ready by placing on the right clothes. Not only that but my men's sport watch that will help me watch the time. Cotton is my favorite type of material to workout in, because it helps to keep me cooler.
I switch off and on every other day I do the opposite of what was done the day before. We have a small workout room in the house. It provides us both with all the necessary equipment we need to stay in great shape. Plus it saves money on gym membership and gas to get back and forth to the gym.
Anyway it's a lot harder to force yourself to head into the gym all the time. This way we walk into the room, and begin working out. So for the cardio days like I said it's jogging, and that means the treadmill. But it's fun because we have one of those ebook readers attached.
So now not only do I jog a full five miles a day, but I get in some good reading as well. Depending on the day of course will depend on what I'm reading. Of course I do have to skip through the romances that are on there for the wife.
Now it's a quick shower and getting ready to head off to work for that time that I put in. Soon it will be time for retirement, and I know I'll be in great shape to enjoy that time. Both the wife and I won't be one of those who don't enjoy our retirement.
Being in great shape has helped me with that fact. Getting around six hours of sleep a night and I wake up feeling more refreshed than I have in years. I guess the key is to exercise, eat right, and lead a good life.
How would someone give themselves an eating disorder?
I know it sounds bad, but it's not anything serious, and I think I already have BDD, which tends to lead to more serious disorders like anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. I want to "train" myself to get this other disorder. It's like an addiction to eating only healthy food & as a way of "purging" rather than puking, extra calories are burned off with excessive exercise. It sounds perfect, and I'm partially there. I panic if I miss a day of running, but I don't do it excessively (anywhere from 1-4 hours a day, 5 days a week, and a half hour or so a day on weekends) so how do I train myself to be this way? I don't want to restrict myself on the amount I eat, but I feel that an emotional attachment to exercise will make me commit to it.
If you're just going to tell me that it's awful for me & I need help, that's fine, post away, but I would also like some real answers.
Thanks in advance!
M
You don't want to become disordered. There are people that die from this kind of disorder, and.or live in torment for the rest of their lives. Do you really want to live in torment just so you can think of yourself differently?
The idea is to have a healthy diet that you can be satisfied with and that will make you feel better about your physical appearance. Wouldn't that be a better choice, a rational one?
